Shipping Costs
Delivery costs are specified on the Delivery page and are dependent on the Basket value and destination. The delivery fee for your order will be calculated automatically at checkout. Typically most purchases below £100 basket value are chargeable, above £100 are free on small goods.
Exceptions may apply; this currently includes large volume or heavy items such as bikes, indoor trainers, travel bags, e-scooters, boxed wheels. Where such items are discounted a carriage charge will apply as we cannot absorb a discount and shipping fees. Please enquire for a shipping quote. These items normally go TNT with their best endeavours for Next Business Day Delivery.
Cycle To Work vouchers cannot be tendered online. The item must be collected instore upon presentation of the voucher and ID.
Shipping Methods
For UK deliveries with high value or bulky items we use where possible next working day (their best endeavours) delivery services from TNT or other providers at our discretion.
Low value or small items will be posted Royal Mail Signed For, delivery time is typically 2-3 days (industrial action etc not withstanding).
Royal Mail has warned that regular services will be disrupted during December and likely beyond for several days so we recommend allowing extra time for your order to arrive.
If you require your order in a hurry please contact the store to enquire upon alternative carriage options and prices.
All deliveries will require signature upon delivery so someone will need to be in to sign for your purchase. This gives you and us the assurance that your item has been safely delivered to the right destination. If you require a specific delivery day please note this on your order or call the shop. Couriers for International deliveries will be at our discretion.
Dispatch Times
If you place your order before 12pm Tuesday to Friday we’ll endeavour to dispatch it the same day, otherwise it will be dispatched the following day (excluding weekends). Orders placed on a Monday, weekend, or bank holiday will be sent out the next working weekday. Sometimes the detailed preparation and safe packaging of bikes or other items for dispatch may take longer than expected - such jobs are not to be rushed. So the item may leave by courier the next day, we will notify you when appropriate.
A despatch confirmation email will be sent detailing the courier reference or tracking number.
Manufacturer related delays: we are experiencing some delays in processing and where sourcing goods from our suppliers to fulfill orders. Some items such as those listed with "We'll Order This In" may have a longer leadtime. ETA's will be communicated to customers who have ordered such items as soon as we know.
Delivery Restrictions
There are certain products we sell that we’re only able to deliver to UK addresses. This currently includes bikes and frames from Scott, Santa Cruz and Yeti.
Cervelo and Whyte Bikes are only available for collection in person from the store. These restrictions are dictated by our suppliers as part of our dealer agreements.

Customer Rewards Scheme
Most products sold through the website or instore accrue a value of Customer Rewards Points when purchased. These values may differ depending upon the products or brand. The website will automatically detail the value in pounds (£).
Reward Points are NOT accrued where a purchase is made with: Finance, Cycle To Work Schemes, Special Offers, Sale/Clearance items, Club Membership Discounts, or any other offers at our discretion. We reserve the right to amend / cancel / reverse any points accrued in error.
You must have a valid email address to receive and administer your Rewards account. Rewards can be tendered online or instore. If your store / web account has been dormant, i.e. no purchase activity has been made over a two year period they will expire and can therefore no longer be used.
