My first ever proper ride was on a Raleigh Mustang (a whole 21 gears!!) and I loved every bone-shaking second, something clicked on that ride. So I decided to buy a bike from the best bike shop in the world, Mountain Trax.
My first race was in February 2006 at a Gorrick, and I was hooked! I loved every second of it, especially coming in second in my first ever race! It just grew from there. I joined BOB and starting riding more and more. I raced at one of the NPS's and loved that too. 2007 was the start of my proper competitive year, new age category and new race machine. What an awesome year I must say it's been!! I have loved every last second I've spent on my bike, and got some pretty good results for my second years' racing, lets hope there's lots more to come now I'm on this awesome team!!
