Twinloc Lever System
Scott patented Twin Loc technology now offers simultaneous control of rear shock travel and fork lockout. The open position allows full travel, front and rear. One click switches the rear shock to Traction mode, while the fork remains fully active. Click again and rear shock and fork lock at the same time. The Equalizer2 features positive and negative adjustable air chambers, rebound adjustment and of course, Traction Control features. Because the shock is mounted vertically, it can react more efficiently than an angle-mounted shock. Found on Genius.

IAP Isolated Axial Pivot
The Genius also uses a revolutionary Isolated Axial Pivot (IAP) that allows for unlimited seat post adjustment and is very lightweight. Other designs with pivots on the seat tube have a limited range of seat adjustment because the pivot axle would normally stop the seat post from sliding in any further. With IAP, the pivots are isolated from each other and either side of the seat tube, and there is no through-pivot axle, so the weight normally associated with a pivot of that size is reduced.
