For 2008 Orange has successfully tweaked their range in order to offer everyone out there a bike that suits their riding style. The new 224 evolution looks like it will again be ever present at downhill events through out the year. There is a brand new frame for the Crush enabling it to cope with more abuse then anyone can throw its way. The introduction of a few new bikes in the line up such as the all new ST4 and the “old skool” Prestige makes a come back having being modified for the modern rider.
Five
The superb Orange Five has a sharp-handling, lightweight chassis, big enough and tough enough to hold its own on even the roughest terrain. It'll climb like a mountain goat, and with the steadfast Orange construction features like the welded Horiz-Hold pivot, it tracks downhill on those proverbial 'rails'.

"the Orange Five has an amazing ability to keep on carrying speed and put a smile on your face. What more could you want from a trail bike?." MBR

Patriot

The philosophy behind the Patriot is simply "a single pivot suspension design on a robust frame that rides with sure-footed confidence, whatever the terrain. The tired and tested large pivot design is rock-solid and easy to maintain. With the adjustable geometry feature, the patriot is a breeze to set-up for any rider's style.

Despite months of pounding and several big offs at home and in the Alps, its bombproof reputation is still firmly intact" Mountain Bike UK

P7
Darting through twisty singletrack or leading the pack on the honk to the pub, it is the superb handling and endless versatility make the P7 one of the most popular Orange bikes ever created. It's built plenty tough, rides a plush 140mm fork and performs in a class of its own.

"Out on the trail the P7 feels solid and confident but retains the 'zing' that steel aficionados rave about." Singletrack Magazine

224 Evolution

For 2008 the 224 Evolution offers DH riders more than ever before. You can get your perfect geometry setup sing the independently adjustment of the shock mount slider and eccentric head tube system. The new wide axle clamp dropouts further eliminate any undesired lateral movement at the rear. Combine these features with revisions to the swing-arm, pivot construction and front triangle and you have a brand new chassis that retains the ability to deliver race winning performances.
The results speak for themselves, this is the fastest accelerating, hardest hitting, biggest grin delivering Orange bike right here, accept no substitute.

ST4
The ST4 Rokr linkage allows this bike to run the 50mm stroke shock at a low ratio of 2:1 giving precise control over every millimetre of shock stroke. Running a 'long' stroke shock on a 'short' travel bike effectively enables us to use a larger volume air spring at a lower pressure. This provides a more supple feel at the back wheel and increases traction by maximising the rear tyre contact on the trail.
The ST4 is the mountain bike for riders who've grown with the sport and can now ride further, faster, higher and steeper than ever before.

Crush
The Crush is designed for the secret head banger in all of us. It can be ridden to the edge and back, and it'll always come back for more. The Crush's secret ingredients are its brand new super rigid 6061-T6 aluminium frame, and its hard core trail geometry, allowing a 140mm travel fork to get busy on the ripples and bumps, yet handle the big boulders on the most challenging trails.
With a superb cherry picked components spec rarely seen in a standard package, the Crush is a bike that makes you realise what 'it's is all about.
"this bike'll 'stick it' to the trail all day long, don't buy one unless you can too"

Prestige

For 2008 we've reintroduced a new classic Prestige, tweaked and tuned for the demands of the modern rider, lighter than a P7, thanks to the thin wall Tange Prestige's period-perfect skinny tube diameters. This is no overbuilt bomb, more a classic sculpture, at 4.2lb lighter than many riders believe possible for a modern steel frame.
Available in 2 Models (Pro Model Shown)
Ultra exclusive, each Prestige frame is exactingly finished and individually number Special Edition badges.

Evo 8

Always designed to be fast, furious and demonically direct as the name suggest the EVO8 is an evolutionary progression of the functional hard-core XC aluminium mountain bike.
The EVO8 radically curved seat stays soaks up the physically wearing high frequency trail buzz that occurs on long rides, therefore meaning you'll be hitting the hills on all-day epics with a renewed passion for putting the miles under your belt.
"Fast, reliable and comfortable, this is the complete trail rocket hard tail."

G-Series

The G-Series bikes showcase the Orange approach to mountain biking: namely, nothing should get between you and a great ride. The G-Series bikes aren't short of useful features though; as disc brakes are standard, lock-out suspension is fitted for long climbs and town sign sprints and there are even crud catcher bosses to show Oranges British roots.
Whether you're after an off the shelf introduction to big days in the hills, or a bike that'll see you commuting, towpath pubbing and 24 hour racing, all on the same bike, the G-Series bikes are capable of it all.
